Hörnlein Umformtechnik GmbH
Hörnlein Umformtechnik GmbH in Schwäbisch Gmünd is the main factory of the Hörnlein Group. It has been carrying out manufacturing at the same location for more than a half century. It is the main factory for high-complexity metal forming in the group of companies. Even individual assemblies are assembled at this location. The Hörnlein Group is directed from Schwäbisch Gmünd: Sales, development and central processes are carried out here.
Hörnlein Slovensko s.r.o.
Hörnlein Slovensko s.r.o. in Šahy, Slovakia is the primary factory for the creation of assemblies and numerous different manufacturing technologies. For this reason, process development and automation are also located here. As a subsidiary, it is closely linked to the main factory in Schwäbisch Gmünd. The company culture, a Slovakian-German mixture, functions optimally. Customers profit from Slovakia's status as the best-cost country in the EU.
Tubos Samuel de Mexico
The independent company Tubos Samuel de Mexico in Saltillo, Coahuila, Mexico enters into a joint venture with Hörnlein. It performs the cutting of pipes as a licensee.
Hangzhou Hörnlein Metal Forming Co. Ltd.
Hangzhou Hörnlein Metal Forming Co. Ltd. in Hangzhou (People's Republic of China) is a 100% independent company with a production licence).
Hörnlein Gastonia
The Hörnlein location in Gastonia, North Carolina, USA is currently in the planning stages.
